Giving young people and adults the tools to help them reach their potential
About Me
Hello. I'm Joanna Goldsmid, mindfulness teacher and wellbeing guide.

I have always struggled with my mental health. But it took me several years to take that struggle seriously and look outside myself for the help I need.
Everything I offer on my courses I use in my own life, on a daily basis, to maintain emotional buoyancy.

Our courses give you tools to help manage stress, detox from screens, raise self esteem and deepen resilience.
Themes include:
From mounting stress...
We live complicated and demanding lives in a complicated and demanding world. Anxiety and stress are frequent visitors.

On average, we spend 4 hours a day on our phones*. We long for the deep connection our devices can't give us. And yet, getting away from our screens seems impossible.

In a world of comparison - be it physical looks, academic grades or our career - it can be hard to feel good about ourselves. From this pressure to be perfect, we become our own harshest critic and our sense of self worth plummets.
...to space for calm
Instead of pushing aside our worries, we learn to give them space. We soon realise we are not alone and together we explore strategies for making sure we are bigger than our problems.

... to enriching life
We find out what drives us to compulsively use our digital devices. How we can find the freedom to choose when and where we use them. And crucially, how we can enrich our lives now that we are not glued to our screens.
...to recognising value
We set the record straight with an array of tools to help us remember our skills, qualities and above all, our intrinsic value. Now we see ourselves more clearly, we ask: What are our unique gifts that the world so sorely needs?
From screen addiction...
From low
self-esteem...
"We would highly recommend Joanna. She is a warm and compassionate facilitator who will make a great addition to any school’s wellbeing offer."
